Description	Moves the insertion point up one page (equivalent to pressing Page Up).
Arguments	{nTimes}, {bShiftIsDown}
	The first argument is the number of pages up the cursor should move. If this argument is omitted, the default is 1. The second argument is a Boolean value indicating whether to extend the selection. If this argument is omitted, the default is FALSE.
Returns	Nothing.
